Withdrawal Instructions for Clients Living in China

Here are the steps to withdraw your funds:

 

Please note that our minimum withdrawal is 50 USD (unless your full balance is less than 50).

Withdrawal by China Union Pay:

  1. Log into your client area
  2. Click ‘My funds’ and then click ‘Withdrawal Request
  3. Select the account which you need to withdraw and fill in the amount and choose ‘China Union Pay’ as the Payment Method
  4. Enter beneficiary bank, beneficiary name, bank card number, bank branch, province and city in Chinese characters
  5. "Additional Payment Instructions" and "Reason for withdrawal?" are optional fields that you can leave blank

Withdrawal by Visa/Mastercard:

  1. Log into your client area
  2. Click ‘My funds’ and then click ‘Withdrawal Request
  3. Select the account which you need to withdraw, fill in the amount and choose ‘Visa’ or ‘Mastercard’ as the Payment Method 

  4. Enter the card number (please enter the LAST 4 digits of the card only)
  5. "Additional Payment Instructions" and "Reason for withdrawal?" are optional fields that you can leave blank

Withdrawal by Bank Wire Transfer:

  1. Log into your client area
  2. Click ‘My funds’ and then click ‘Withdrawal Request
  3. Select the account which you need to withdraw, fill in the amount and choose ‘Bank Wire Transfer’ as the Payment Method
  4. Enter beneficiary bank, beneficiary name, Beneficiary Account Number/IBAN, Beneficiary Swift/Sort Code
  5. Correspondent Bank and Correspondent Swift/Sort Code are not needed to fill in if there is none
  6. "Additional Payment Instructions" and "Reason for withdrawal?" are optional fields that you can leave blank

How can I use a new withdrawal method?

Due to FCA regulation all funds must be withdrawn to your original source of deposit. 

In order to use a new withdrawal method please follow the steps on this article.

However there are a few exceptions:

  1. You can only use a new withdrawal method if your original method of funding is no longer available. For example your bank account is closed or your card has expired.
  2. Or if you would like to withdraw your profit to another source.
