What to do if you encounter grey screen inside client area?

Unfortunately sometimes clients can experience a ‘grey screen’ view in their client area.

An example of when this occurs can be when trying to add an additional account to their user: 

This is usually fixable by trying the following solutions:

  1. Try with a different browser

  2. Make sure you do not block the Javascripts on your computer

To enable JavaScript in your Chrome browser, you can:

  1. Go to your browser settings

  2. Click “Privacy and Security”

  3. Click “JavaScript” 

  4. Make sure “Sites can use Javascript” is selected
