What information do I need to provide in order to withdraw funds?

Since we offer different withdrawal methods (please click here for more details), the information that we require will differ depending on the chosen withdrawal method.

Please ensure that you have written or provided the complete information to ensure your withdrawal request is being processed timely.

Regarding the amount, our minimum withdrawal is 50 USD (or currency equivalent), unless your full balance is less than the minimum amount.

1. Bank Wire

We will need you to write the correct and complete information of your bank account. Please contact your bank to ask for Swift/Sort code information. Below is an example of how you can fill it in:

Please note that Correspondent Bank and Correspondent Swift/Sort Code are optional and you can leave as empty if there is none.

2. Skrill

We will need you to write your own Skrill account details or the same Skrill account that you made a deposit with. Below is an example of how you can fill it in:

We will need you to write your own Neteller account details or the same Neteller account that you made a deposit with. Below is an example of how you can fill it in:

4. China Unionpay

We will need you to write the correct and complete information of your bank account. Below is an example of how you can fill it in:

5. Mastercard/VISA

We will need you to write the correct last 4 digits of your deposit card. Please note that we cannot process the withdrawal if the provided card number is not your deposit card although it is a card under your name. Below is an example of how you can fill it in:

Please also keep in mind that the withdrawal amount cannot exceed the total of deposit (you cannot use this method for profit withdrawal).

7. Remessa

Please note that there might be a 20 USD fee when you receive the funds (this is not our fee). Therefore, if you would like to request a withdrawal via Remessa, please contact our customer support team, (via live chat or send an email to support@valutrades.com) and confirm that you agree with the 20 USD fee that might occur or you can write a note inside “Additional Payment Instructions”. 8. Paypal

For Paypal withdrawal, you do not need to enter your Paypal information as it will be sent to the same account as your deposit account. Please note that this is only available for EUROZONE countries at the moment.
