I experience a delay inside my MT platform, what should I do?

We have a few suggestions that might help you with the delay in both candlesticks and quotes, please see below:

  1. Please check your internet connection. We advise you to use a direct ethernet cable instead of WIFI as this helps a lot with stability.

  2. Please be mindful on how many different applications that your computer/phone/tablet is running. This could be slowing down the pricing and therefore causes delay.

  3. Please click through the different data centers (bottom right corner) available inside your platform to check which one performs the best.
