Valutrades UK Retail account:
For Valutrades UK clients, we cover the negative balance for each Valutrades UK account that has a negative balance. This is due to FCA regulatory requirements. Therefore, if one of your Valutrades UK accounts has a negative balance in one account but you have a positive balance in another, we will not transfer any funds to cover the negative balance in the other account.
Your balance would just be taken back to 0.
Valutrades UK Professional account:
We cover negative balances per user. Therefore if you have a negative balance in one account but positive in another account, then your funds will be transferred to cover or reduce the negative balance. The remaining funds will be credited by us to cover the remaining negative balance.
Valutrades Seychelles account:
We cover negative balances per user. Therefore if you have a negative balance in one account but positive in another Valutrades Seychelles account, then your funds will be transferred to cover or reduce the negative balance. The remaining funds will be credited by us to cover the remaining negative balance.
Please note:
Valutrades Limited will cover a negative balance if overall account equity is negative.
Valutrades Limited will not cover a negative balance when the account balance is negative but overall account equity is positive.
